Arctic Surf Clams Veggies Bowl
Ingredients:
Arctic surf clams, thawed from frozen, blanched then set side
A good mix of vegetables - cabbage, zucchini, carrots, watercress
1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Directions: Steam vegetables with garlic for about 8 minutes When done, serve the clams with the veggies.
