Crabs Veggie Wraps/ Bowl

These Oven-Baked/Roasted Soft-Shelled Crabs may not be as equally crispy as deep-fried battered ones but they are perfectly justified as low-calorie high-protein seafood filling healthy wraps; or sitting atop this bowl of healthful vegetables. Oven-Roasted Crabs with Veggies Wrap/ Bowl Ingredients: 4-5 soft-shelled crabs (2 -3 crabs per serving per person), refer to preparation /cooking instructions/ recipe 4-8 cups of vegetables - mix of cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini (for bowl), or raw salad greens (for wrap) 3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced (for bowl recipe) 1 lavash bread (for wrap) Directions: While crabs are cooking in the oven, steam vegetables with garlic for 5-8mins.When done, serve crabs with veggies for protein bowl. For protein wraps, lay 1-2 crabs on bed of salad greens on lavash bread (as shown), roll and enjoy!
