Most of us yearn to enjoy warm and freshly prepared dishes - dishes which are cooked on the stove or in the oven, brought straight to the dining table; but we do not always have the luxury to do so. Those who meal prep lunch in the morning to bring it on-the-go, do you reheat or warm up your lunch bowl when you are at work? Our family usually does not reheat the food items especially when it comes to veggie protein bowls.
